Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, following individualized care plans, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. You will engage residents through conversations and activities, support dining, and help with memory-care experiences.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and a strong desire to brighten residents' days. Paid training and opportunities for growth accompany competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
