Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, and social engagement. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document changes, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment.

You’ll also assist with dining, family communication, and meaningful interactions that brighten each day. This role offers comprehensive paid training, career growth, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
