Essential Duties

Responsible for answering all incoming calls on the MAR NOW line.

Collects all required demographic information from the caller and documents caller information in a timely and accurate manner, using established FGC procedures.

Educates patients on the available services such as home induction (buprenorphine, AUD medications), in-person induction (methadone, buprenorphine, injectable naltrexone), withdrawal management (detox) and residential treatment services.

Serves as the liaison between the callers and healthcare provider to facilitate quick access to callers preferred form of medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder.

Conducts all necessary caller follow-up contacts, following established FGC protocols.

Schedule: Monday - Friday(1:30p - 10:00p)

Start Date: July 14th, 2025

Location: 2630 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.44 per hour

Required Experience

Education and/or Experience: A HS diploma is required. An associates degree preferred. A minimum of 1 year experience with substance abuse treatment preferred. Proven work experience as a Care Manager or similar role, preferred.
