Job summary

MaineGeneral Health System is seeking a patient services professional to assess and plan interventions addressing social, emotional, and practical needs.

You will interview patients and families, coordinate services, participate in discharge planning, and review care delivery to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.

Strong teamwork with multidisciplinary staff and focus on compassionate care.

Compensation Information:

$27.17 - $47.55

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
