Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a full-time Caregiver for the 7am-3pm shift at Sunrise of North Severna Park. This role focuses on compassionate, hands-on support for residents and building meaningful relationships within the team.

You’ll assist with ADLs, follow ISP plans, promote safety and dignity, and help with dining and daily activities while communicating with families and care leaders. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Follow ISP and document changes for residents.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate with families and care leaders; assist in memory care activities.
