Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and engage them through conversation and activities.

This role emphasizes personal care, teamwork, and meaningful interactions, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
