Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and support in a senior living setting. You will assist with daily activities, follow ISP guidelines, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) within reasonable time.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
