Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through meaningful activities.

The role involves assisting with dining, mobility, and personal care in a compassionate, respectful environment. We offer paid training, career growth opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CHHA or CNA preferred/required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CHHA or CNA Required
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
