Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and to build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities, you will also support dining services and collaborate with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required.
• CHHA or CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living ( bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CHHA or CNA required
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range

18.92 - 23.65
