Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver in New Jersey to assist residents with daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and promote safety and dignity. You will engage residents through meaningful conversations and activities while supporting dining services and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED, CNHA/CNA in New Jersey, and CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CHHA or CNA required in New Jersey
