Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westminster, CO seeks a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and meaningful resident interactions. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

The role supports dining services, teamwork with care leaders, and enriching experiences for memory care residents. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for growth within Sunrise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence in daily activities.
• Engage residents through conversations and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Provide enriching experiences for memory care residents.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
