Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care Inc. in New York is hiring a Care Manager for a 75-bed adult home.

This full-time role offers pay of $25–$28 per hour, based on experience, and opportunities to support residents’ quality of life. The Care Manager will coordinate care plans, communicate with residents, families and providers, document accurately, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting operations with leadership peers.

Qualifications
