Job summary

Key duties include following the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting accurately in MAR/TAR, observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, and reporting concerns promptly. Maintaining clean medication carts and rooms, completing narcotic counts, and adhering to infection control and safety standards are essential to protect resident health and prevent medication errors.
