Sunrise Senior Living in New York seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, follow ISP documentation, and promote safety and independence. You will engage residents with daily activities and assist dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The position emphasizes strong communication with families and care leaders, including memory care experiences to brighten each resident's day.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
