Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, Findlay, OH is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and companionship to residents. You will follow individualized service plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment in our Sunrise of Findlay community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and strong communication skills to coordinate with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow care plans and document changes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
