Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents with ADLs, engage them in daily activities, and follow individualized service plans. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and meaningful interactions within a caring community.

The caregiver will assist with dining, communicate with families, and provide enriched experiences for memory care residents where appropriate, with paid training and opportunities for career growth at Sunrise.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Provide memory care enrichment for residents where applicable.
