Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Braintree, MA is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate with families and care leaders; memory care enrichment where applicable.
