An established industry player is seeking a dedicated CFSP Care Management Manager to oversee care management teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and families. This role involves managing resources, reviewing care plans, and participating in cross-functional workgroups to enhance service delivery. We are partnering with North Carolina DHHS to operationalize a statewide Medicaid Plan designed to support Medicaid-enrolled infants, children, youth, young adults, and families served by the child welfare system, ensuring they receive seamless, integrated, and coordinated healthcare. Within the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP), members will have access to benefits including physical health, behavioral health, pharmacy, intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) services, long-term services and supports, unmet health-related resource needs, and integrated care management. Note: North Carolina residency is required.
This is a field position. When not in the field, you will work remotely from your home. You must reside within 20 miles of Pitt County.
Hours: General business hours, Monday through Friday.
Travel: Some travel within your assigned area or region is required.
The CFSP Care Management Manager (Manager I GBD Special Programs) is responsible for managing assigned care managers and ensuring fidelity to the CFSP Care Management model, including physical health, behavioral health, and social services.
