Job summary

AdventHealth in Burleson, Texas, is seeking a registered nurse to support performance improvement and care management training within the healthcare team. You will collaborate with leaders to identify educational gaps, develop training plans, deliver new hire training, and ensure staff have the education and tools for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 3+ years in education or healthcare setting required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
• Experience in Care Management, Utilization Management or Transitional Care preferred.

Education

Field of Study

• in Social Work, Nursing, Education, Business Administration, or Healthcare related field
• in education or health care related field

Work Experience

• 3+ experience in education or healthcare related setting [Required]
• Experience in Case Management, Utilization Management, Transitional Care or other health care related field [Required]
• Experience in education in healthcare or Care Management setting [Preferred]
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]

Licenses and Certifications
