Shannon Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the patient journey from preadmission to discharge, coordinating with doctors, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals to expedite cost-effective and appropriate care.

The RN will advise the health care team, provide leadership as needed, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements throughout the patient’s stay.

Formación

• 3-5 years clinical RN experience in a healthcare/medical setting.
• 2-3 years in a supervisor role (preferred).
• Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
• Preferred: Relevant national certification

Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Required: 3-5 years Clinical Experience as a Registered Nurse in a Healthcare/Medical setting
• Preferred: 2-3 years in a Supervisor Role

Certification/Licensure

• Required: Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
• Preferred: Relevant national certification
