Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire is seeking a health-screening support role in Altoona, WI. Under minimal supervision, you will perform member health screenings and help enroll members into our case management program.

Relates effectively with others for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with others, maintains accurate and complete records.
