Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Medical Management Clinical Support Coordinator to support care management and medical management programs. This team-oriented role involves telephonic outreach, care coordination, and clinical support for case & disease management initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent education and experience
• Motivational Interview training within 6 months of hire
• Driving may be required; must comply with all state driving laws and provide proof of license and insurance upon request
• At least 3 years of experience as a CMA, CNA, or similar clinical role in managed care or care management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managed care services, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, and care/utilization management
• Knowledge of Lean principles and healthcare partnership development

Salary Range (by Location)

• Oregon (Non-Portland): $23.52 - $35.99
• Oregon (Portland): $25.23 - $38.61
• Washington (Western): $26.30 - $40.25
• Washington (Southwest & Clark County): $25.23 - $38.61
• Washington (Eastern & Southeast): $22.45 - $35.99
