Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical/administrative support.
• Computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers or members.
• Use Aetna systems (MedCompass, HRP, ASD, CEC, ATV) to manage member data.
• Perform non-medical research including eligibility, COB and benefits verification.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements.
