Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas within a long-term care facility. You will ensure sanitary conditions, proper waste disposal, and positive interactions with residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, following safety guidelines, and a can-do attitude to support excellent dining experiences. Training and opportunities for development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
