Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a part-time administrative support teammate for the Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture team. You will assist with patient and family visits, data entry, reports, and basic office coverage while supporting research initiatives.

The role is up to 20 hours per week with a pay range of $18.85–$28.30 per hour. GED or equivalent and strong communication skills are required to thrive in a fast-changing healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Types documents such as letters and creates spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assists with research projects, data analysis, and/or creating various reports.
• Assists with entering data and filing.
• Communicates verbally and in writing with all levels within the System and with the public.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Physical Requirements

• Work requires walking, sitting, lifting and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds, shoulder height.
• Must be able to push patients in wheelchairs or supplies on a rolling cart.
• Intact sense of sight and hearing is required.
• Responsible for working in a safe manner.
