Job summary

El Dorado Care and Rehab in El Dorado, KS, is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Day Shift (6am-2pm) Housekeeping Staff to join our team. We offer a 12-14/hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and Daily Pay.

You will clean resident rooms and common areas, ensuring deep cleaning and safety, while maintaining positive interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide warm and friendly customer service and build relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
