Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is hiring a Full Time Housekeeping Staff Member to join our caring team. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $14.50 per hour with medical benefits, paid time off (PTO) and a Daily Pay option. Shifts are 7.5 hours, 4-5 days per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• You clean the resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions; comply with laws, company policies and procedures.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and build relationships with residents and families.
