ARISA CARE LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential in-home support and improve clients' quality of life in Minnesota. You will deliver personalized care, help with daily activities, and monitor health status while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care or related settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of patient care principles and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not held.
  • Bilingual is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming and dressing.
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition for clients.
  • Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed.
  • Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and respect resident rights under HIPAA.
  • Engage clients in social activities to support mental well-being.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Support individuals on the autism spectrum as required.
  • Administer CPR or first aid when necessary.
