Care for my mom who has dementia and diabetes

My mom is very alert and responsive. She needs help with meals and sometimes getting changed when she goes to the bathroom. She takes insulin so someone with experience giving insulin shots would be needed . She just needs a companion to help her with basic needs and someone to be with her while I’m at work. We have a large dog so someone who’s not scared of dogs is a must.
