Job summary

Sittercity.com is seeking a compassionate care companion available on an as-needed basis to assist a mother in Trafford, PA who has dementia and is on hospice. The role includes supervising showering, basic meal prep, medication reminders, and assisting with daily activities while providing companionship.

Caregiver must be a non-smoker. When scheduled, shifts are 8+ hours; the schedule may range from occasional to regular to support errands and household needs.

Job description

For care companions who are available on an as‑needed basis

• Showering - I believe she can shower by herself, but be available to assist
• Light meal prep
• Medication reminder
• Assistance with restroom needs - again, be available if she needs help
• General companionship

Caregiver must be a non-smoker.
When scheduled, it will be an 8+ hour day.
My other sister may help out, so I will say occasional to regular schedule.
