Northwest Ambulance in Mountlake Terrace, WA, seeks a Cabulance Driver to provide pre-hospital and interfacility transport. You will operate a wheelchair-accessible van solo, ensure patient safety, manage belongings and paperwork, and deliver smooth handoffs to receiving staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of driving, a valid license with a clean record, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 23+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification (NWA reimburses cost).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle clean, stocked, and road-ready at all times.
• Arrive at facilities on schedule and assist patients into the vehicle safely.
• Transport patients along with all belongings, paperwork, and equipment.
• Provide patient care reports to receiving staff as needed.
• Collect required signatures from patients and medical staff.
• Follow all NWA policies, protocols, and safety standards.
