Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to maintain cleanliness and availability of linens and garments in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes infection control, safety, and positive interactions with residents and staff.

Starting pay is USD 15.00 per hour with benefits like telemedicine, discount programs, and training. Additional benefits may vary by location and eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
