The Arboretum of Winnie is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team and maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role directly impacts daily comfort and long-term satisfaction in our facility.

You will hire, train, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, optimize schedules, manage inventory, and oversee cleanliness and infection-control protocols across the unit.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of infection control and sanitation protocols in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team by hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Schedule department workloads aligned with census and labor budgets.
• Order and manage supply levels while enforcing budget controls.
