Job summary

Crescent Care of Elgin is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. You will clean and service an assigned portion of the facility, including furniture, floors, and equipment, ensuring a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive environment at all times.

duties include cleaning, trash disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Prior institutional housekeeping experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, speaking required.
• Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas according to daily routine.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and supplies in good repair; restocks as needed.
• Gathers and disposes of trash; keeps environment around dumpster clean.
