Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes delivering high standards of cleanliness and resident-friendly service, with opportunities for career development.

Pay range is USD 14.50–15.50 per hour, with benefits available to all employees. Must meet physical requirements and reside within the service area to support local operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift 50 pounds, stand/bend for long periods).
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must follow safety and infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
