Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years’ experience in a food service role for institutions preferred.
• SERV Safe or similar food safety certification required by state.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare foods in accordance with facility policies and menus.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to prepare meals for clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and safe storage practices.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked, with proper infection control.
• Assist with inventory and food product receiving.
