Job summary

You will follow menus, maintain food quality and safety, and interact positively with residents and staff while supporting efficient kitchen operations. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and may require ServSafe certification and state-specific training.

Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain hygiene, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Good communication with residents, staff and guests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
