Alan is hiring a Care Expert to transform member requests into delightful experiences. You’ll be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions, timely responses, and crystal-clear information in both Spanish and English.

Based with remote flexibility and eligibility to work from Spain, you’ll support a global community, partner with B2B collaborators, and drive process improvements while upholding empathy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-support or similar roles.
• Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Passion for caring for members and solving problems.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools.

You will be a good fit for the role if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in: a customer-support role
• Master Spanish and English at a full working proficiency level (written and spoken)
• Have a passion for caring for members, and solving their problems
• Love written communication
• Navigate technology with confidence and embrace digital tools and AI
• Have a very empathetic mindset
• Are motivated and entrepreneurial
• Thrive in collaborative environments where you can both learn and share knowledge
• Bonus points if you know how the Spanish healthcare system works — we will teach you if you don’t.
