Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator for the 02250 GCMG Womens Services department in Charlotte, NC. The role is 24 hours per week, with Mon, Wed, Fri 8am–5pm, and pay range $20.80–$31.20 per hour. Responsibilities include referrals, authorizations, and scheduling across departments.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, computer experience, and strong customer service. Benefits eligible with total rewards and retirement plans are offered.

Essential Functions

• Completes referrals for patients and coordinates with referring and receiving practices and/or departments.
• May coordinate and prepare financial estimates for patients.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced office environment. Should be able to bend and lift up to 10 lbs.

Education, Experience and Certifications
