Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with caregiver onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

About the Role:

ComForCare Home Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and organized Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Hendersonville, TN. In this role, you'll be the vital link between clients, caregivers, and families — ensuring every individual receives the highest quality of in-home care. Must be willing to work part-time care coordinator 50% in the office and as a caregiver 50% in the field with our Clients.
