Qualifications

• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB screening or chest x-ray as required.
• Health certificate as per contract or state regulations.
• Must meet federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate records and communicates with care teams to support client outcomes.
