You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and care managers to ensure appropriate inpatient and post-acute placement while maintaining high quality and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating bed days, applying clinical criteria, and participating in discharge planning rounds to support safe patient transitions within the health system.

• Registered nurse with clinical experience in acute care and utilization review.
