Job summary

Bluestone is seeking a Care Coordination Data Entry Specialist to support operations teams across plans, handling enrollment duties, member outreach, and data entry in state systems. This is a full-time position with day shifts and a focus on Minnesota members.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Human Services and 3+ years in related fields, plus strong Google Suite skills and effective communication. Salary is $24-$25 per hour with robust Bluestone benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• 3+ years in a related field (hospital, HUC, customer service, CMA, etc.).
• Intermediate computer skills; Google Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mailing out time-sensitive documents to members.
• Complete outreach calls to members or guardians for documentation.
• Work efficiently in the MnChoices system.
• Look up members in MNITs for eligibility of waivers and insurance.
• Stay updated on health plan changes and stay in compliance.
• Participate in regular team and health plan meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
