This position will be working onsite at Covenant Living of Northbrook.

Shifts available Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM.

In this role the Care Attendant Non Certified will:

• Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.
• This role requires a lot of walking from client to client (not just 1 client per shift)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• CPR Certification.

Compensation Pay Range:

$18.00 - $18.50

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
