Covenant Living Communities and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice in the Northbrook area is seeking Care Attendants to support residents with daily living, dining, light housekeeping, and activities, helping create joy and peace of mind.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates who can communicate effectively in English, show genuine compassion for seniors, have reliable transportation, and CPR certification. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

This position will be supporting the Northbrook area and campus.

In This Role The Care Attendant Non Certified Will

• Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.


• Assist residents with daily activities.


• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping.


• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High school graduate or equivalent.


• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.


• Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults.


• Reliable means of transportation.


• CPR Certification.

Compensation Pay Range

$16.06 - $20.88 per hour

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $16.06 - $20.88 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
