Care Associate - Assisted Living (AL) - Full Time/Part Time

Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living, helping them lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.

  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other daily activities as needed.
  • Follow the schedule of residents' needs as set by the supervisor.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Document daily assistance logs.
  • Report any resident issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Respect and promote the independence and dignity of residents.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in senior care.
  • Proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisors and colleagues, and respond to emergencies.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and manage variables in high-stress situations.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and coworkers.
