Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders, while escorting residents and supporting independence.

Responsibilities include following supervisor schedules, documenting logs, providing emotional support, updating supervisors on issues, and maintaining confidentiality in a team-focused, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate during emergencies.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle high-stress situations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

• You have at least oneyearof experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
