Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate aides to support residents in the Assisted Living Program. You will assist with daily living activities to help residents maintain dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities include helping with medication reminders, personal care, documenting logs, and collaborating with supervisors to address resident needs. A CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state, English proficiency needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
