Accolade Healthcare is seeking an Auxiliary Assistant to support the nursing team by assisting residents and staff. This role includes en route duties, answering call lights, coordinating with CNAs, and preparing rooms, while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will enroll in the Accolade Healthcare CNA Program and complete the certification within 6 months of hire; after that you may continue with Accolade as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Qualifikationen

• Must complete Accolade CNA Program and test within 6 months of hire and acceptance into the CNA Program
• Must be able to meet any physical requirements of the functions of this position

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance to the CNAs with no direct resident care
• Answer call lights
• Assist with 15-minute visual checks using AA checklist and ensure documentation
• Assist residents in wheelchairs to dining rooms and back
• Help in dining rooms, pass drinks, take orders, and serve meals
• Take meal orders and service to residents who eat in rooms
• Make beds and tidy rooms
• Pass ice water and snacks; ensure no modified diets
• Ensure rooms and shower areas are stocked and clean
• Follow safety policies and complete required orientation and Relias training
