Job summary

We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes during night shifts at St Barts in Rye.

St Barts is an Extra Care facility designed to support independent living. Residents have their own space and the freedom to come and go as they choose, with our team on hand to help with day-to-day needs.

Night rates are £13.71 on weekdays and £13.71 on weekends. The overnight wake rate is £13.71 for both weekdays and weekends.

As a Care Assistant, you may be responsible for:

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and continence support
• Managing medication
• Preparing hot meals
• Carrying out light domestic tasks
• Offering companionship, reassurance and a sense of safety

Shift pattern: Night shifts from 9:30pm to 7:30am, including alternate weekends
